Returns Policy
We want you to love your new wheel covers! If you change your mind, don't worry. All our sales fully comply with UK distance selling regulations, meaning you have the right to a hassle-free return. We've built our policy to be as buyer-friendly as possible, while protecting our small business.
A note from our team: We are a small, independent business. Unlike massive retailers, we cannot afford to simply write off or dispose of returned stock. Every return we receive is carefully inspected so it can find a new home. Because of this, items must be returned in pristine, resaleable condition.
To keep things fair for everyone, we will unfortunately have to reject returns if:
- The logos have been attached to the wheel covers.
- The covers have clearly been used or damaged. (Yes, we really have had buyers return heavily kerbed covers claiming they were "damaged in transit"!)
- The wrong items are returned. (For example, accidentally sending us original Tesla OEM wheel covers instead of the ones you bought from us.)
Please note: This returns policy applies universally across all platforms where ElectricWheels.store operates.
Warranty Information
Your wheel covers are protected by a manufacturer's warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. We know dealing with manufacturers can be a hassle, so if you believe you have a valid claim, reach out to us! We will step in and handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
The manufacturer's warranty strictly covers defects in production. It does not cover wear and tear, user error, or external damage. Specifically, the warranty will not cover:
- Missing wheel covers that have come off while driving or have been stolen.
- Wheel covers that feel loose but show clear signs of kerb damage (impacts warp the fittings).
- Fading or peeling where the protective paint has been burned away by aggressive chemicals (frequently seen at hand car washes using harsh acidic wheel cleaners).
Delivery & Shipping
We dispatch every order the next working day by DPD, and most orders arrive the working day after dispatch. Delivery is free on every UK order. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at electricwheels.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
