Shipping policy

Delivery
 - Delivery is free on every UK order.

Dispatch
 - We pack and dispatch every order ourselves from our stock in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). 

Courier
 - Orders are sent with DPD. Most arrive the working day after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. DPD will email or text you a tracking link and a one-hour delivery window.

Where we deliver
 - We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Problems with delivery
 - If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at electricwheels.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
